Commercial Real Estate Photography, Drone Aerials & Property Video in Reno and Lake Tahoe

Commercial deals take months, not weeks. While a listing waits for the right buyer or tenant, its photos and video do the first showing on LoopNet, CREXi, in the offering memorandum and in every email blast. At Lumina Media, we cover the ground, the sky and the story of a property in a single visit, so brokers and owners in Reno, Lake Tahoe and Northern California get every asset they need without juggling vendors.

Why commercial listings need more than a phone photo

Buyers, tenants and investors screen properties online long before they call. If the images are dark, crooked or missing context, the listing gets skipped. Every month a space sits empty costs a full month of rent, so professional media is one of the most affordable ways to shorten vacancy and support the asking price.

Ground photography that shows the space as it works

Great commercial photos answer a tenant’s first questions before they ever visit: what the building looks like, how the space feels and how it’s used day to day.

Exteriors, storefronts and signage

We photograph the building the way a tenant first sees it: clean lines, straight verticals, true-to-life color and signage that reads clearly. Parking, entrances and landscaping are part of the story, too.

Interiors: offices, retail floors, warehouses and amenities

Open offices, lobbies, break rooms, shop floors and warehouse bays are lit and composed to show size, light and flow, so a tenant can picture their team in the space.

Twilight and golden-hour exteriors

A twilight exterior, with the building lit up and the sky still holding color, is often the image that stops the scroll. It makes a strong hero image for flyers, offering memorandums and listing pages.

Drone photography from an FAA Part 107 licensed pilot

Aerial photos put a property on the map, literally. They show buyers and tenants how a site connects to roads, parking and the businesses around it.

Why a licensed pilot matters

Any drone flight for a paid listing is commercial work, and the FAA requires a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate to fly it. I'm a licensed drone pilot, and I plan every flight around local airspace, including the controlled airspace around Reno-Tahoe International, so your shoot stays legal and on schedule.

Aerials that show site context

From the air, a buyer sees what a ground photo can't: freeway access, traffic flow, parking, lot size, neighboring businesses and nearby anchors. For industrial sites, land and retail centers, aerial context is often the deciding image.

Property videos with animated property lines and tenant callouts

A short aerial video with animated property lines shows exactly what’s included in a listing and what surrounds it, in less time than it takes to read a flyer.

How it works

We fly the property and add animated boundary lines that trace the parcel, plus callouts that label each business, nearby landmarks and key roads. The result shows a property's size, access and surroundings in seconds, which is exactly what investors and site selectors want to know.

Where to use it

Property videos work on listing pages, in email campaigns, in investor presentations and on social media. We deliver versions sized for each, from full widescreen to vertical clips.

One shoot, every asset

Booking ground photography, drone aerials and video together means one site visit, one point of contact and one consistent look across every piece of marketing. You get high-resolution stills for print and offering memorandums, web-ready images for listing sites, and a finished property video ready to share.

Recent commercial work in Reno

We've photographed and filmed commercial properties across the Reno area, from new retail construction like Big O Tires to offices for Renown Health Foundation and mixed-use projects such as The Village at Rancharrah. Industrial parks, office buildings, retail centers and hospitality spaces all benefit from the same approach: show the space clearly, show where it sits, and tell its story.
